Pets can be seen for walk-in exams Monday through Friday from 8am to 11:30am and Saturday from 9am to 11:30am.  Significant wait times can be expected.  Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 2:30pm to 5:30pm.  We do our best to honor appointment times.  We do ask your understanding if an emergency arrives and must be seen ahead of a scheduled appointment.   Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability.  Please call and talk with a receptionist about the best time to bring in your pet for an exam.  Thoroughly explain all of your concerns about your pet so the receptionist can schedule adequate time to address all items.  Also make sure to mention any special requests, such as needing assistance with your pet from the car into our clinic or if your pet needs a quiet place away from other animals to wait for their appointment.

Emergency & Urgent Care

Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately.  We have a veterinarian and personnel on duty 6 days a week who are trained and equipped to handle urgent care. Usually an emergency team consists of at least one veterinarian and several technicians working together to save a pet's life.  If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to call or come in immediately.

We are also available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening, but you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment. Our veterinarians will work to "squeeze" you in between scheduled appointments. When you arrive, our receptionists will be able to give you an estimate on how long you may have to wait in order to be seen.
