Hours of operation update...our office is closed Saturdays.

We continue to be available with our regular hours Monday through Friday if your pet needs medical care. Please call us with any questions.

We will accept walk-ins from 8:00 am to 11:00 am.  We offer appointments from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.  Please understand that the wait time during walk-in hours may be as long as 1 to 2 hours.  Availability for routine appointments may be up to 2 weeks for non-urgent wellness visits.  Please call our office to discuss your pet's needs and we will work with you to schedule care for your furry family member.

We also offer technician appointments MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 9am to 12pm for anal gland expression, nail trims, heartworm tests, doctor prescribed subcutaneous fluid therapy, and laser treatments for pets that have been recently examined by our veterinarians. These patients must have proof of current Rabies vaccinations and a current (within 1 year) physical exam by our veterinarians.

If you have any concerns about our protocol for seeing patients please call the office before your arrival so we can discuss your concerns and answer any questions.

Our protocols and procedures are designed to protect both our clients and staff. All of our procedure adjustments help keep everyone safe and allow us to continue to operate. We have also installed a new phone system.  Calls are answered in the order they are receivedand customers are put in a queue for the next available receptionist.  All incoming calls need to be directed to our main phone number 304-766-6407.

When you arrive at the clinic for an appointment or walk-in service to see a veterinarian, you may either remain in your car and call us at 304-766-6407 to check in OR you may now come in to the front desk and check-in with a receptionist, who will proceed to collect all necessary information to proceed with your pet’s visit. If you prefer, you and your pet may return to the safety of your vehicle until one of our staff members notifies you it is time for you to come into the waiting room or exam room OR you and your pet may remain in the waiting room until it is your turn to see the veterinarian / technician. If you choose to wait in your vehicle, PLEASE CHECK YOUR PHONE AND MAKE SURE IT IS READY WITH THE SOUND ON TO RECEIVE OUR CALL.

Due to their small size and the close contact of clients and staff, we are still recommending that only a LIMITED number of clients be permitted and are recommending MASKS be worn in the EXAM ROOMS during your pet’s visit. If you do not have a mask, we will be glad to provide one for you. We are still offering curbside service when requested, if you are uncomfortable coming into the clinic. Also, if you or a family member is exhibiting symptoms of illness or in quarantine, please alert our staff upon your arrival at the hospital so we can find a safe solution for your pets visit and care.

WE ASK THAT ALL PETS BE ON A LEASH OR IN A CARRIER WHEN IN THE HOSPITAL.

If you do not have a mobile phone, please call the office from your home before leaving to travel here.  We can discuss the plan for your pet's visit and prepare for your arrival.

If your pet is going to leave with you after their appointment, you should proceed to the front desk and check out. If your pet is admitted to the hospital, you may request an estimate and, you also may be required to leave a deposit. Prior to leaving, one of our staff will discuss with you your pet’s condition and any treatment plan that is available. Whenever your pet is discharged, you should receive discharge instructions, along with any medications/prescription diets /treatment materials. You may also request a receipt at the time of payment. Please remember PAYMENT IS EXPECTED  AT THE TIME OF SERVICE.
